My Modern Home cooperates with specialized transport companies that take care of delivery from our factory to your adress.
There are two options of delivery by external transport companies:
- basic (B2B and B2C) – delivery of products to you, without bringing products inside.
- complex – delivery of products to room chosen by you. This service includes bringing products inside.
My Modern Home cooperates only with trusted transport companies. Despite that, regardless of chosen delivery option, we kindly ask you to check the packaging before confirming the delivery. In case of visible damage of a package, it should be noted in the presence of the person who delivered the order. A protocl signed by the courier is a basis for accepting a complaint concerning delivery. Please note, that in the absence of any evidence of damage caused during delivery, My Modern Home will not be able to react to this situation properly.
When can you expect delivery of ordered products?
Our products are tailored to your needs, so it may be possible that a products is not available ‘right away’. We prodcuce most of our products in response to customers’ orders. In that case waiting time is up to 8 weeks (including delivery). We always try to shorten waiting time for product, so if it is possible to deliver a product to you sooner, we will inform you about it.
